What you’re buying
A one time placement for the duration and surfaces shown on your approved quote. Cards may rotate with other approved sponsors and our own projects. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, sales, exclusive inventory, or a particular number of readers.
Review before payment
Submit an image, headline, short description and public HTTPS destination. We review submissions before opening checkout. No payment is required for a rejected submission. Approval locks the displayed price, currency, duration and placement. Do not pay until these details are correct.
Creative rules
You must have permission to use the artwork and content you submit. No deceptive claims, malware, credential harvesting, illegal content, adult content, embedded scripts or tracking pixels. Your destination must accurately describe the advertised product. We may reject or pause campaigns that break these rules.
Schedule and payment
Dodo Payments provides hosted checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are displayed at checkout. Whiskrs stores payment references and status, not card details. A verified live payment starts the placement at the scheduled date, or on confirmation if no future date was set. Test payments never create public placements. There is no recurring subscription.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact support with your campaign ID if creative or schedule changes are needed. Before a campaign starts, you may request cancellation and a full refund. If Whiskrs cannot deliver an approved paid placement or ends it early for reasons unrelated to a breach of these terms, contact us for a refund for undelivered days. Refunds are processed through Dodo and remain subject to applicable consumer rights. Contact support about other refund requests. Refund or payment dispute events remove the placement while reviewed.
Visibility and privacy
Sponsored cards are labeled. We do not target placements using bookmarks, tabs, browsing history, vault data or user profiles, and do not add impression or click tracking. Readers can hide the extension card. Availability depends on extension version, network access and display settings.
Before live checkout
Payments remain in test mode while merchant verification and configuration are incomplete. The environment is displayed in the booking studio. These terms do not promise Dodo approval of the merchant account or product category.
