Partnerships privacy notice
This notice covers Whiskrs’s sponsor booking and administration service, operated by theSpider. The browser extension has a separate privacy policy. Contact om.spider.dev@gmail.com for access, correction, cancellation or deletion requests.
Campaign information
When you submit a campaign we store your contact email, brand, headline, description, destination URL, button text, prepared raster artwork, selected plan, approved quote, review notes, schedule and payment references/status. Artwork is cropped and re-encoded to remove source metadata. Contact emails and private campaign access tokens are never included in public sponsor feeds. Tokens are stored as hashes; keep your private campaign link safe.
Our providers
Cloudflare hosts this service and processes network requests for delivery and security. Turso stores campaign records, prepared ad images, access records and moderation activity. Dodo Payments provides hosted checkout and processes the payment information you enter there under its privacy notice. We send Dodo your contact email, product, amount and campaign reference to create checkout. Whiskrs does not receive payment card details.
Session and security records
Owner sign-in uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie. The service stores a hash of the connecting IP address for short lived rate limits, not advertising. Hosting providers may retain operational logs under their own policies. Theme choice is kept in local storage. A campaign token is stored in session storage on the browser where you open the private link. No analytics, ad pixels, behavioral profiles, or third party advertising scripts are installed by this service.
Public placements
Approved active sponsors and our own approved projects can appear on the Whiskrs website and in the extension. Public fields include creative text, destination URL, prepared artwork and placement end date. Extension requests to the public feed do not include bookmarks, tab titles, history, account profile, device identifiers or vault data. Network providers can see ordinary connection details such as IP address. Opening a sponsor’s link takes you to its own site and privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
Campaign and billing references are retained while needed for delivery, support, disputes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to delete unused drafts or discuss retained records. Do not submit personal or confidential information in public artwork or text. You can hide featured placements in the extension and stop opening the booking portal at any time. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising targeting.
